UNAPPRLD will accept returns up to 14 days of the delivery date -if the item is in its original condition with UNAPPRLD hang tag attached.  All items must be new, unworn, unwashed, and with no visible signs of wear such as, makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances etc.

Customer is responsible for return shipping (with the exception of defective items).  UNAPPRLD is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost/untraceable shipments.  We require a proof of return tracking number emailed to us within the 14 day return window, otherwise the return will not be accepted.

ALL ACCESORIES AND SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURNS.

We reserve the right to refuse return that do not meet our policy.

At this time UNAPPRLD is NOT accepting any exchanges on items.

At this time UNAPPRLD is NOT issuing any store credit on items.
